Can you help style us?

Yes.
I provide my 'what to wear' guide to all clients after the booking is confirmed. I also am available to offer advice or answer questions too.

Do you have a client wardrobe?

I am working on getting a wardrobe setup for clients. I am lucky enough to have a 15% discount code with Mama Rentals for those wanting to hire maternity outfits.

What will happen if we need to reschedule due to sickness or the rain?

Please let me know as soon as possible if you or any of your family members are unwell and we will reschedule to a later date. If the weather is forecast to rain, we will reschedule for another suitable date.

When should I book in my newborn session?

Get in touch with me and we can lock in a tentative date around your due date.

Since babies have their own agenda and there’s rarely a way to predict their arrival, I ask that you please let me know when your baby has been born, so that we can plan accordingly. I will schedule a time that suits within the first 7-21 days as its the best time for some sleepy snuggly photos.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Deposits

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your photography session with Leah Meredith Photography. This deposit is necessary to confirm your booking and hold your session date. Deposits may be refundable under special circumstances, and any such requests will be discussed with the client on a case-by-case basis.


2. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance for your session will be invoiced 14 days prior to the scheduled session date.


3. Payments

Payments can be made through the following methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Cash on the day of the session


4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their session at any time. However, 24-hourS notice is appreciated to ensure proper planning and scheduling adjustments.


5. Photography Rights

Upon delivery of the final gallery, clients will own the rights to their photographs. With the client’s permission, these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms and Leah Meredith Photography’s website.


6. Gallery Access

Clients will have access to their online gallery for 3 months following its delivery. The gallery will contain high-resolution digital images and will be password-protected for privacy and security.

By booking a session with Leah Meredith Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
